After so much activity walking around taking pictures for the weekend Art Car Events (the Ball, the Sneak Peek and the Parade) I decided it was fair that I re-gained all the pounds I might have lost under the Houston sun visiting the Haute Wheels Truck food festival so I'll be attending in a couple of hours.
The festival makes it's second appearance in H-Town and is proud to count over 34 moving restaurants and their staff in the program. Everything and anything you can imagine, from mexican-korean fusion tacos, waffle burgers and fried chicken and gravy on a stick to handmade traditional cookies, brownies and sweet cupcakes; everything while listening live music from the bands on stage so.. let's get truckin'!
The festival is happening at Houston Community College Southwest Campus West Loop Center and tickets are available at $16 on-site and include $5 worth of drinks, or at least that what their page says, which you can visit here.
